Autonomous Opportunities is science-based

We try to be effective with what we do. Our training was done online with the Mayo Clinic, whose staff, based in Rochester, Minnesota, taught us to stay curious, learn to be guides and not prescribers, and stay client focused. We worked online with a cohort of other people looking to become coaches. We learned and continue to learn about our profession through academic papers. We were proud of the progress we make and want to take that experience to help others.
